Have the permitTexas requires an e-cigarette retailer permit from the Comptroller for each location. We check it when you apply.
Check ID, 21+Card everyone who looks under 30. Selling to anyone under 21 is illegal.
Behind the counterKeep vapes out of reach, like cigarettes. A small back-wall display works well.

Questions owners ask us

Do I need a special permit?

Yes. Texas requires an e-cigarette retailer permit from the Comptroller for each location, plus your sales tax permit. We ask for both when you apply.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Start with a few boxes if you like. The Small starter shelf is 10 boxes.

When and how do I pay?

Nothing is paid on the website. After you approve your quote, we arrange payment with you directly.

What if a flavor does not sell?

Start small and reorder only what moves. Tell us what your customers ask for and we will adjust your next order.

How fast is delivery?

We arrange delivery with you once you approve your quote. Call or text us for timing to your town.

Can I see prices before I apply?

Prices are quoted per account. Use "Build my first order" and we will send you a quote with no commitment.
