This page explains what information VK Distro collects through vkdistro.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account applications: your name, business name, address, email, phone, and permit numbers (and EIN if you provide it).
- Requests and orders: the products, quantities, notes and delivery details you submit.
- Basic site data: cookies needed to keep you logged in and to remember your pricing request, plus standard server logs.
How we use it
To verify that your business is licensed, run your account, prepare quotes, arrange payment and delivery, and contact you about your requests. We do not sell your information.
Who else handles it
Service providers that run the website for us: our web host, and our email delivery provider for account and quote emails. They only process data to provide those services.
Your choices
You can update your business details in My account at any time. To ask for a copy of your information or to close your account, email orders@vkdistro.com. We keep order records as long as the law requires.
