These terms apply to every pricing request and order placed with VK Distro through vkdistro.com.
1. Licensed retailers only
We sell at wholesale to licensed retail businesses. Accounts are approved by hand after we verify the business’s sales tax permit and tobacco / e-cigarette retail permit. Buyers must be 21 or older. We may decline or close an account, or decline any request, at our discretion, including when permit information cannot be verified.
2. Requests and quotes
Submitting a pricing request is not a purchase and nothing is charged on the website. We reply with a quote priced for your account. An order is confirmed only when you approve the quote and we confirm it back to you. Stock shown on the website is live but can change; if an item sells out before your order is confirmed, we will tell you and adjust the quote.
3. Payment and delivery
Payment terms and delivery are arranged directly with you after you approve your quote.
4. Compliance
Products are sold for resale by licensed retailers. You are responsible for selling them in line with the federal, state and local laws that apply to your store, including age verification and any product restrictions in your area. Some products contain nicotine, an addictive chemical.
5. Problems with an order
If something arrives damaged, short or wrong, email orders@vkdistro.com with your request number and photos, and we will work it out with you.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to requests submitted after it is posted.
